Thank you Mandy for the delivery of grocery shopping bags.  I will appreciate if you actively use our Schedule file provided to you and input updates, as they occur. This 'Schedule file' is not new to you; but you seem very relunctant to use it, which causes a lot of undertainty for me. Besides it is embarassing also, since I am unble to provide timely update to customer.  Also, when you stop corresponding, I am at a serious loss not knowing who to contact in your company–especially after making the payment. Stating you were on a 'business trip' is absolutely no excuse. All of us travel on work, and we still keep our customers engaged on status. This round of bag production was not a peaceful experience for me, when it should have been – since this is our 5th round of order.  I will truly appreciate that you fix these above issues for consideration going forward.  Thank you Shanan
